Kevin Gerrity has over 15 years of experience in real estate investment, corporate finance, property and portfolio acquisitions, corporate mergers and acquisitions, asset management, and development. He is responsible for the operation of the company’s asset management, leasing, property management, and project management divisions.
Prior to Gerrity Group, Kevin founded an independent consultancy that advised property companies on large-scale acquisitions and disposals and operating platform transactions. Over a six-year period, Kevin advised on over $17 billion in financial transactions with clients including Brixmor, The Carlyle Group, Cobalt Capital Partners, InvenTrust, and Prologis. Kevin also worked for Morgan Stanley’s Real Estate Investing group in London, acquiring retail, office and lodging properties across Europe, as well as specializing in pan-European transactions in the firm’s Real Estate Investment Banking Division. Kevin began his career at Ernst & Young Real Estate Advisory Services, where he specialized in joint venture structuring for property companies in the western United States, and the acquisition of non-performing loan portfolios in Germany.
Kevin has a B.A. in History and Urban Planning from UCLA and an M.B.A. in Real Estate Finance from Columbia Business School. He is a member of the Fisher Center for Real Estate and Urban Economics Policy Advisory Board, the Urban Land Institute, the International Council of Shopping Centers, and the Pension Real Estate Association.
